The Farewell Tour & The Beginning of a New Life

I guess you know how excited I am when I heard that DC's coming to town. And I guess you know how crushed I am when they can't make it to our town, but instead they are playing at Manila & Indonesia. :(

So, untuk mengubati hati yang telah dilukai I went to Copeland instead! At first takde geng pun nak pergi and I almost give up on Copeland, and then Harith asked me whether I wanna go cuz his friends are selling the tix. ANDDD, he's willing to teman me! YAY!! And so I went!



Been friends since we were 14 years old. I think I'm keeping up with his weight now. Haha.


And boy if I never went to Copeland's Farewell Tour (bila lagi pun, nama pun farewell) I would never met this guy.

Stephen Laurenson! He's not even in the band. I figured he must be Bryan's brother since they are look-alike. And same surname. Haha.

Overall I had fun, eventhough they didn't play 2 of my fav songs but its ok. I still get to see Stephen on his new project with his brother & Mindy, called States!



Anyywhoo, last Saturday I went to my friend, Putri's bridal shower. The mastermind of the party is non other than my BFF, Azyan. She threw an amazing party and makes me wanna have a bridal shower for myself! Haha.





It was my first time at Palate Pallete, and all I can say is not bad at all.



I can say that Putri had the best night of her life, surrounded by loved ones.

Can't wait for their big day!


and I can't wait for my loved ones to come home on July and we can all be in the same time zone!

Rejection

Hello. I'm currently on 2 weeks holiday before I start my internship at Finas. Yeap, only 10 minutes away from home. I can even go back home for lunch. Haha. But they won't pay me any allowance. But that's ok. I'm gonna ask my brother for allowance instead.

I applied for internship at Freeform, they accepted me and when I gave them my final confirmation they said that there have been some changes on the organization and decided to freeze all the internship hiring. Bullsh*it. I think I'm not up to their standard and they found someone new and just don't know how to tell me. Because a few days after that I saw the advert for internship position. Sorry if I'm not too cool for you.

After the rejection (so this is how it feels being rejected, haha) I applied for internship in several companies, and I went for the interview with standard chartered but I don't think I like the job scope as it has nothing to do with marketing. And the interviewers are too serious for my liking.

Loverboy is coming home anytime soon. For good. Alhamdulillah, after 2 years. He won't tell me when cuz he wants it to be a surprise. Ok, we'll see. :p baru nak feeling amik bf from airport. Haha

Dad just got home from hospital. He had a leg surgery. Mum has been taken care of him. And I have to take care of the kids plus emran.

HAVE YOU HEARDDD??

Dashboard Confessional is coming to town (with 'santa claus is cominggg to town tune) !! I'M SO FREAKIN HAPPY NO WORDS COULD DESCRIBE HOW HAPPY I AM!

Its kinda funny actually. I was just talking to fda yesterday evening about how great it would be if DC decided to someday perform in Malaysia. And then later at night, as I was strugglin to do my Japanese assignment, I found that DC is coming to Phillipines & Indonesia. Terus gundah gulana tambah menyumpah sikit. Thinking what I did wrong. Why DC, why? Why not Malaysia? Haha. But dah plan dalam kepala dah fikir I don't care. Indo pun Indo lah. Gua nak pergi gak.

And thennnn, Hot Mama told me that they might be performing in Malaysia too. Tak puas hati lagi, siap google. There's this one website said that they're performing here in Malaysia on 30th May. Yippie yayyayy yayy! Lets just hope that it's true!




In the mean time, its time to hide my DC's t-shirt. My 2 brothers has been eye-ing on it.

Short entry.

The past few weeks has been bz bz bz! Macam ni rupanya hidup seorang student. Hahaha. Maybe I wont be that bz if I did the assignments earlier. Tapi siapa dengan sejujur jujurnya buat assignment as soon as dapat assignment tu. Takde kan kan? Tapi kalau kot ye pun nak procrastinate, start la buat assignment a month earlier ke. Ni ambik kau. Bertimbun. Padan muka diri sendiri.

Tapi hari ni macam free sikit. Sampai pelik kenapa free sangat sampai boleh tengok tv, main social city, sorority life dan game-game yang ada di facebook. Kenapa? Sebabbbbb, kerja sendiri dah siap. Report for case study dah siap. Memandangkan ada free time and rasa bersalah sebab ada free time, maka saya pun tengok-tengok selak-selak la nak buat apa for Japanese presentation. Oh btw, yesterday I did the Japanese oral test and the only thing I answered is 'wakarimasen'. Two thumbs up. Oh, bf taught told me to answer 'Watatau' instead of 'Wakarimasen'. Nak kena pukul ke?

Had a girls night out, just to put my mind off things. Assignments, you suck. Thank god for my girls. I love love love them! We should do a meet up every week!

the story of my life. *sigh*

I felt like this trimester is the most laziest trimester ever. My midterm results sux, assignment belambak but since I'm good at procrastinating, I'm gonna put the assignments on hold. I spent most of my time at ampang's house, and not at sk. I have this heavy feeling everytime I had to go back to sk. Study wise, I don't feel like I learn anything eventhough it's already been 11 weeks? I have no mood to study. I suck at Japanese 2, and how the hell am I suppose to take both Japanese 1 and Japanese 2 for final exam? Assignment wise, bluerghh.

I still haven't found the right internship for me. I got in to Freefrom, but I'm still thinking about it. I'm still searching for the job that doesn't require me to spend a lot of money. And who pays me a lot of money too. Of course. Haha. So far I already applied to Freeform, this PR/Event/Marketing company in Bukit Jalil, Apple, Tesco, Petronas, and BMW. But only 2 called me for an interview. I told Freeform that I'll get back to them by mid April, now is already 2nd April. In between that time I hope I found the job that I wanted. And if not, hello Freeform.

Social life? What social life? Haha. Been spending my time a lot with AZJ (shortform for ambee zamri jamal and Mell (shortform for Azmil, haha). I have no social life tskkk diorang ni tak social langsung hari-hari lepak tengok muka sama. Tak boring ke? But only on weekend. But since I'm always home, I do get to see them on weekdays as well.

I can't wait for July to come. Loverboy will be back by then. For good. :)

At least my life would be less suckier whenever he's around. <3
